의 위와 같은 오류로 지속적으로 (몇시간 간격)으로 발생합니다.
파일 오륜가 싶어서
이중화된 다른 장비에서 서비스를 해도 마찬가지 현상이 발생하네요.

Windows TNS Listener Crash with Faulting Module ORANL10.DLL / ORANL9.DLL [ID 388017.1]
Solution
Problem is fixed in the following versions :
•9.2.0.8 Patch 1
•10.2.0.2 Patch 6 onwards
•10.2.0.3 Patch 2 onwards
Workaround : Set the windows service for the TNSListener to restart the service after failure.
1.Open the Services panel on windows server
2.Right click on the TNSListener service and select Properties
3.Select the Recovery sub tab
4.Select Restart the Service option in the first,section and subsequent failures sections
