data file 에 대한 I/O error 네요.. ㅡ_ㅡ;
system admin 에게 문의 하셔야 할듯..
혹시 해당 해당 파일의 ownership 을 체크해보세요
true64 에서 os rebooting 후에 ownership 이
root 로 넘어가서 db start 시 오류가 발생하는 것을 자주 보왔습니다...

online상태에서 발생한 i/o에러였습니다.^^

If "CONTROL_FILE_RECORD_KEEP_TIME" is set to 0, then reusable sections never
